Energy Lesson Plan Toolkit Application

Overview:

Celebrate SC STEM Education Month (March 14 – April 11, 2022) by applying to receive an energy lesson plan toolkit at no cost!
 The South Carolina Energy Office provides energy lesson plans and energy lesson plan toolkits to South Carolina educators.

Toolkit Contents:

The toolkit items include: 
  • Kill-A-Watt Meter
  • Two thermometers
  • Infrared Thermometer
  • Solar Beads
  • Squishy Circuits Kit
  • Sunscreen
  • Energy Stick
 
Funding from the US Department of Energy’s State Energy Program allows the Energy Office to provide energy lesson plans and toolkit items to South Carolina K-12 educators. The lesson plans and toolkit are designed to help educators teach energy topics in the classroom. 
 
Applications for toolkits are due April 11, 2022. More details are available on the Energy Office’s Energy Lesson Plan Toolkit Application Form.
