Stories in STEM
The 2023 theme of STEM Education Month, “Stories in STEM”, was chosen to promote diversity, agency, and equity in STEM. Every student, teacher, professional, and leader in STEM has a voice and a story- we want to hear yours! During STEM Education Month, we will highlight stories in STEM from across South Carolina, while also telling our own story. STEM is made possible because of the thousands of individual stories that create something greater.
We want to hear from you! To celebrate STEM Education Month, we are inviting students, educators, and all affiliated with STEM, to please share your most meaningful memories and experiences by submitting a written essay or video interview. To make things easier, we have provided several prompts to guide your creative process. Please adhere to at least one of these prompts.
